Human Nature is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE who is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients and customers. They will address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support in a timely and professional manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle Customer queries via Phone, Chat , Email.
  • Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries. Oversee planning and after sales experience of consumers
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Resolves product or service problems by investigating the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution for the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant work in the Customer Service Industry
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications
  • Remarkable Customer Service Skills and Entrepreneurial Spirit
  • Demonstrate ability to handle difficult situations
  • Willing to work on site in our head office in Commonwealth Quezon City
