Job Title: Billing and Collection Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, issue, and distribute billing statements, invoices, and account summaries to condominium unit owners and tenants.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of association dues, utilities, penalties, and other charges.
  • Record and update payments in the system to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts through reminders, calls, and notices while maintaining professionalism and strong customer relations.
  • Coordinate with unit owners and tenants regarding billing inquiries, payment concerns, and account clarifications.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial and collection reports for management review.
  • Work closely with the Accounting and Property Management teams to ensure smooth billing and collection processes.
  • Safekeep official receipts, collection reports, and other related documents in line with company policies.
  • Participate in condominium meetings or orientations when required to explain billing and collection procedures to residents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in billing, collection, or accounting, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with unit owners and tenants.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of accounting systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
