Marketing Lead
to help build our next chapter and take the brand further.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute campaigns to drive growth and awareness for the brand across all online and offline channels
  • Spearhead all brand-facing initiatives across social media, content, partnerships, and PR to ensure cohesion and clarity across the entire team
  • Lead and manage paid ads to scale campaigns efficiently
  • Turn insights and data into actionable, creative strategies that inform campaigns, content, and brand initiatives
  • Collaborate directly with the founder to shape the brand's vision, roadmap, and long-term growth strategy

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any Business-related field
  • Proven ability to lead campaigns end-to-end — conceptualization, rollout, and performance — ideally within fashion, lifestyle, wellness, or e-commerce
  • Hands-on experience with shoots, content creation, and community events
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing and paid ad management
  • Creative and analytical — able to combine visual instinct with data-driven decision-making
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, growing brand, while still collaborating closely with cross-functional team members

  • Full Time (Monday to Friday)
