
Compliance Staff

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and evaluate the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Assist in the development, review, and updating of compliance policies, manuals, and procedures.
- Conduct regular compliance checks, internal audits, and risk assessments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate compliance reports and documentation for management and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely submission of required reports, permits, and licenses.
- Provide training or orientation to employees on compliance-related topics, such as workplace ethics, data privacy, and regulatory updates.
- Investigate and document compliance issues or breaches, recommending corrective actions.
- Liaise with government agencies, auditors, and external regulators when necessary.
- Maintain organized records of compliance activities and certifications.
- Assist management in preparing for external audits or inspections.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related field.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Office-based, with occasional visits to other company sites or government offices.
- May require occasional extended hours to meet reporting deadlines.
