Job Summary

The Account Officer (AO) serves as the frontline representative and main personnel of JVOMFI, responsible for organizing, recruiting, training, and managing clients.

The AO is responsible for marketing and implementing JVOMFI's microfinance products and services, in accordance with existing procedures, policies, and guidelines.

This role includes client acquisition, loan processing, group management, delinquency control, reporting, and collection.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course or college level, or at least a Senior High School (K12) graduate or its equivalent, or any Vocational Course
  • Knows how to drive a motorcycle and has a manual driver's license
