About the role

We are seeking a talented Field Applications Engineer to join our team at OEM Test Solutions Inc.'. As a Field Applications Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and solutions to our customers throughout the Baguio City Benguet region. This is a full-time position that will involve both office-based and on-site work, allowing you to work closely with our clients and truly understand their needs.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for our electrical and electronic engineering products and solutions
  • Conducting site visits and assessments to understand customer requirements and challenges
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to develop customised solutions to meet customer needs
  • Delivering product demonstrations and training to customers
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a field application or technical support role within the engineering industry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with electrical/electronic engineering principles, tools, and testing equipment
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Willingness to travel within the Baguio City Benguet region to support our customers
