We're looking for driven and resilient sales professionals who thrive on the thrill of outbound selling and are hungry to close deals across international markets. If you're a confident communicator with a proven track record in hitting ambitious targets — and you want to earn big through a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions — this remote opportunity is for you.


Key Duties:

  • Initiate proactive outreach to prospects in global markets, generating new business and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
  • Present compelling product/service offerings tailored to each client's pain points and goals.
  • Hit and surpass assigned sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis without fail.
  • Document all activity, interactions, and opportunity progress accurately in the company CRM.
  • Keep a pulse on market movements and competitor strategies to uncover new opportunities for growth and sales success.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in outbound sales, ideally within high-volume BPO or international sales environments.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with strong persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills.
  • History of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Advanced user of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, GoHighLevel), with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Open to working flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate multiple time zones.
  • Must have a stable work-from-home setup: minimum 20 Mbps internet speed (with backup connection) and a quiet, professional working environment.
  • Preferably based in Metro Manila for potential onsite meet-ups or team sessions.
  • Performs well under pressure, learns quickly, and thrives in highly demanding sales environments.
