- Prepare, organize, and submit reports, memos, and other documentation.
- Assist in meetings, audits, inspections, and special projects conducted at the farm.

- Ensure proper issuance, recording, and inventory management of office and cleaning supplies.
- Serve as Revolving Fund (RF) custodian, managing disbursement for deliveries, official business trips, and emergency needs.
- Assist in securing Health Cards for employees at the Rural Health Unit (RHU).
- Ensure timely transmittal of documents to SMR with proper receipt confirmation.
- Assists newly hired employees assigned to Capas in registering theirbiometrics.Payroll and Incident Coordination
- Coordinate with Serendipity Agency regarding agency workers' payroll concerns.
- Counter-check the Summary of Attendance (SOA) of service workers for payroll purposes.
- Assist in submitting incident reports involving agency and on-call workers to Serendipity and/or the HR Office.
- Assist in requesting budgets for permits, licenses, and clearances required for farm operations.
- Coordinate with Local Government Units (LGUs) for necessary permits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and local regulations.
- Document incidents, accidents, or other operational events and report to management.
- Coordination and Communication
Facilitate internal communication among farm staff to ensure operational updates are shared.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
