Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of water treatment systems, troubleshooting equipment issues, and providing field service support. Daily tasks include ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable service and effective problem-solving, adhering to safety and regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate service records.

  • Maintenance & Repair skills
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in Field Service operations
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in environmental or water treatment industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or relevant certification is preferred
