Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining all company-owned properties in good working condition. This includes performing routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general building areas.

The role involves responding promptly to tenant service requests, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring that all facilities are safe, clean, and fully functional in line with company standards.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Engineering (any field) or equivalent.

  2. Should have hands-on skills and experience in the following areas:

· Civil works

· Carpentry

· Painting

· Electrical

· Mechanical

· Plumbing

  1. Must demonstrate the following competencies:

· Problem-Solving Abilities

· Effective Communication Skills

· Physical Dexterity

· Safety Awareness

· Organization and Time Management

· Attention to Detail

  1. Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.

  2. Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or related fields.

  3. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be open to working extended hours.

  4. Willing to work on a shifting or night shift schedule.

  5. Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

  6. Having a driving license will be added advantage
