We are seeking a skilled AC & Refrigeration Technician to ensure the continuous operation of all climate control and cold-storage equipment within our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration units (walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, display cases).
  • Install, service, and troubleshoot restaurant-grade HVAC and ventilation systems.
  • Perform prompt emergency repairs to minimize equipment downtime and food spoilage.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain detailed service records.
  • Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and food service regulations.
