You'll be the guardian of financial accuracy and compliance, making sure every peso is accounted for, every report is precise, and every transaction meets regulatory standards. By overseeing daily accounting functions, guiding junior staff, and ensuring government compliance, you'll help keep the company's finances healthy, transparent, and audit-ready.

What you'll do (your mission)

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Perform account analysis and prepare accurate financial reports.
  • Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency.

Compliance & Regulatory Filings

  • Check disbursements and supporting documents for validity and BIR compliance.
  • Review government reports including BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and payroll-related filings.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual income tax returns and other reportorial requirements for BIR and SEC.

Accounting Operations & Supervision

  • Oversee entries in the books of accounts and correct discrepancies.
  • Supervise and guide accounting assistants in disbursement and revenue collection processes.
  • Handle enrollments and registrations with various government agencies for existing and new companies.

Ad Hoc & Cross-Department Support

  • Coordinate with other departments to complete financial requirements accurately and on time.
  • Handle special research and monitoring projects as needed.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
  • Are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Have knowledge or experience in tax compliance, payroll, and financial statement preparation.
  • Are proficient in MS Excel and analytical in problem-solving.
  • Are a team player who can also lead and guide others.
