Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Stay updated on compensation & benefits trends and present smart proposals
  • Partner with managers to resolve issues and ensure fair, lawful disciplinary actions
  • Serve as the bridge between labor and management through the Labor- Management Council
  • Roll out engaging employee programs that support a strong, connected culture
  • Build strong ties with government and non-government organizations for smoother operations
  • Support ISO, health and safety, and legal compliance
  • Work closely with leadership to roll out impactful organizational development programs
  • Keep everyone aligned on HR goals, strategies, and results
  • Track and report HR initiatives and make sure we're staying on budget
  • Take on exciting new challenges from the Director of Business Operations

Requirements

  • Degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience as an HR Manager in a BPO set up
  • Strong people skills with a passion for results
  • Comfortable working with HR metrics and systems
  • Strategic thinker with leadership mojo
  • Strong communicator – written, spoken, and everything in between
  • A natural at building relationships across the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law & HR best practices
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas or Araneta
