  1. Preparing and analyzing company's financial records.

  2. Prepares financial reports (monthly and yearly reports, accounts payable and receivable, tax returns, and bank reconciliations).

  3. Checks monthly expenses sales and collection reports of leasing, sole, and joint project sections.

  4. Consolidates reports submitted by all departments into one main report for board of director's meeting.

  5. Prepares bank reconciliation and cash flow of all projects.

  6. Report preparation (collection, disbursement, cash flow, sales, management fee, capital withdrawal).

  7. Preparing and checking reports required by management (disbursement and comparative, etc.) in connection with the over-all operation of all properties for lease.

  8. Performing other duties and responsibilities given by the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php14,131.80 per month
