We are a virtual office based in the CBD of Ayala, Makati for ‘The Shead Group’ who are based in Brisbane, Australia. Gold Coast Business Solutions assist with Marketing of all of the Shead Group entities within multiple industries, including: Aviation, Construction, Property Management, and Hospitality. We also support the Brisbane office through Bookkeeping, Sales, Recruitment, Monitoring, and Customer Service. The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Operations and CEO. The Marketing Coordinator tests include but are not limited to: Collate, plan and coordinate content across a variety of media including social media, websites, billboards, promotional flyers, invitations and other material Coordinate a number of marketing projects and ensure deadlines are met Manager all social media platforms and coordinate posting, scheduling, advertising etc relating to the businesses Assist in developing strategic marketing plans Designing as per spec using Adobe Photoshop Creating calendar scheduling Updating and reviewing events calendar relating to the businesses Track, measure and present performance of all areas using, but not limiting to, Google analytics and FB insight Manage SEO and SEM optimisation Oversee contractors to help produce marketing materials and execute marketing activities Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends Research new marketing techniques and strategies Marketing research of the industry and product ranges, as well as other research to support the head office team Website maintenance, and content management Supporting promotions with all marketing material and ad hoc projects Liaise with external suppliers and agencies for projects Create and update staff manuals as required Coordinating with graphic designer Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field High level English skills are a must (reading, writing, spoken) Experience in marketing, analytics, or a similar role Experience working in a virtual office for an Australian company Proficient in Microsoft programs Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) as well as other digital channels (website, email, organic search, digital advertising) Strong administrative skills If you're ready to take your marketing career to the next level, we want to hear from you To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your marketing experience and what excites you about this opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
