By aligning recruitment efforts with business targets, the SRA contributes directly to revenue generation and talent retention.

  • Recruitment of Loan Agent/s, assist, and pre-screening of accounts.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both borrowers and loan agents.
  • Monitoring of recruited Loan Agent/s (if with already endorsed accounts).
  • Achieve and meet the quota set by management.
