Job Description

The Performance Analyst is responsible for supporting sales operations through performance monitoring, process improvement, policy development, and data-driven reporting. It involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient field force execution and accurate performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and track sales field force performance by area coverage to ensure optimal productivity and target achievement.
  • Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard process times for new store setup and other key activities.
  • Develop, author, and co-author policies related to operational and sales processes and procedures.
  • Manage record-keeping, monitoring, and maintenance of master files of franchise partners to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate and track field leaders' weekly itineraries, transitioning from manual Excel-based monitoring to digital tools such as Google Forms and Power BI.
  • Design and manage Power BI dashboards and Excel-based report templates to enhance sales force reporting, performance monitoring, and data accessibility.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to design, test, and implement dashboards and systems for daily KPI monitoring of the sales field force.
  • Participate in projects aimed at providing sales teams with digital tools (Google Sheets-based) for time and resource management in conducting sales-generating activities.
  • Partner with the Data Architecture team to automate reporting processes, validate data, and streamline sales tool functionality.
