What You'll Do

  • Act as a
    Kronos Consultant
    , supporting system configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
  • Manage
    Kronos Workforce Dimensions
    for accurate timekeeping and absence tracking.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements and lead system testing.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards using
    SQL and other tools
    .
  • Ensure compliance with payroll, recordkeeping, and data integrity standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to timekeepers and managers.


What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience as a
    Kronos Consultant or Administrator
    .
  • Hands-on expertise in
    Workforce Dimensions
    ,
    Workforce Central v7+
    , and
    Advanced Scheduler
    .
  • Experience with
    Absence Management
    ,
    Workforce Analytics
    , and
    Kronos in the Cloud
    .
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
