Head Cashier

Payless Shoesource is in need of a Senior Sales Consultant/Head Cashier for Ayala Centrio.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• With at least 1 year of experience in the same/related field With excellent selling and customer service skills
• With extensive experience in retail/fast food operation
• Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends
• Must be proficient in both oral and written communication

Job Responsibilities:

• Will assist the store leader in supervising the store operations including the Cashiers, Sales Consultants, and employees assigned to the store.
• Assists in recruiting, coaching, counseling, disciplining, and training employees
• Helps to maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
• Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail staff to achieve sales targets
• Assisting in promoting the items to the customers
• Handles customer complaints, issues, and questions
