Commisssary Prep Cook

To support our café operations, we're hiring a Commissary Prep Cook who will handle daily food prep and batch cooking of our signature fillings and spreads.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and portion cooked items (adobo flakes, inasal strips, longganisa mix, laing, etc.) according to recipes and standards
- Produce spreads and sauces (e.g. tinapa cream cheese, atsara aioli) for café supply
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and proper storage at all times
- Coordinate with café team on daily stock requirements
- Maintain inventory and assist with commissary kitchen organization
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of kitchen/cooking experience preferred (canteen, catering, or restaurant commissary)
- Knowledge of basic Filipino dishes and food safety standards
- Reliable, organized, and consistent in following recipes
- Able to work early morning shifts to prepare for daily delivery
