·ADHERES FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS & MAINTAIN PROPER HYGIENE

·WILLING TO ASSIGN AT TAGUIG, CUBAO, PASAY, PARAÑAQUE, QUEZON CITY, AND MAKATI

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Vocational course in Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, or equivalent
  • TESDA NC II in Cookery (for Philippines-based roles)
  • Experience:
  • At least 1 year of kitchen experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment
  • Skilled in:
  • Preparing ingredients and cooking menu items according to recipes
  • Operating kitchen equipment (grill, fryer, oven, stove)
  • Food plating, portioning, and basic prep work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hotline, grill, sauté, garde-manger, or buffet setup
  • Familiar with:
  • HACCP or food safety standards
  • Handling kitchen rush hours and maintaining food quality under pressure
  • Knowledge of international or themed cuisine (e.g., Western, Asian, Filipino, Mediterranean)

Soft Skills & Work Conditions

  • Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Attention to cleanliness, timing, and consistency
  • Strong team player and able to take direction from chefs/sous chefs
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
  • Physically fit (standing for long hours, lifting kitchen stock, etc.)

Hygiene & Safety

  • Strict practice of personal hygiene and sanitation
  • Knowledge of proper storage, labeling, and expiry handling
  • Use of kitchen PPE (gloves, apron, etc.)
