  • Station Management:Setting up and stocking a specific cooking station with ingredients and supplies.
  • Food Preparation:Chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and preparing components for dishes.
  • Cooking:Preparing and cooking specific menu items according to established recipes and guidelines.
  • Quality Control:Ensuring that each dish meets the restaurant's standards for taste, presentation, and portion size.
  • Cleanliness and Safety:Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Teamwork:Coordinating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Culinary Skills: Proficiency in cooking techniques, knife skills, and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
  • Speed and Precision: The ability to produce high-quality dishes with speed and accuracy, especially during busy service periods.
