Job Description:

Resolve customer issues or queries quickly and effectively through various support channels. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide up-to-date product and service information to customers. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Graduate, Senior High School graduate OR Undergrad Completed 2 years/4 semesters, College graduate are welcome.
  • Excellent English Communication Skills.
  • With or without Work Experience (with Excellent Communication Skills).
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays
  • Willing to work ASAP
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
