Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
  • Source candidates using platforms and techniques like LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Track key metrics and provide hiring updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering roles, technical stacks, and developer communities.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Workable).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
Additional Information:
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Duration: Until December 31, 2025 (with possibility of extension or absorption)
  • Work Setup: Must be amenable to report onsite at least 2x per week in Makati
