Job Description

* Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

* Manage the preparation of accurate financial reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.

* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls.

* Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing strategic insights to senior management.

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals align with overall business objectives.

* Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to ensure effective financial procedures and a culture of continuous learning.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

* Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable.

* Proven experience as an Accounting/Finance Manager, ideally in the financial sector.

* Proficiency in finance software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

* Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and lead teams effectively.
