About the Role

The Finance & Accounts Manager will lead and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting functions. This role is critical in supporting management through accurate financial reporting, sound fiscal planning, and strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily finance and accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, general ledger, treasury, and taxation.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, account schedules, and other ad hoc analyses as required.
  • Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and corporate reporting standards.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies (BIR, SEC, etc.).
  • Review and ensure timely processing of accounts payable and accurate billing and collections.
  • Monitor cash flow, forecast financial performance, and manage company liquidity.
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and incentive computations (monthly/quarterly/annual).
  • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal accounting policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments and branch offices on finance-related matters.
  • Supervise and mentor the Finance & Accounts team to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
  • License: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years in finance and accounting, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial capacity.

  • Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of Philippine taxation, SEC/BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting systems (preferably QuickBooks).
