About the role

DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY' is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and appropriateness of content on our digital platforms.

What you'll be doing

  • Review user-generated content, such as comments, images, and videos, to identify and remove any inappropriate, offensive, or harmful material
  • Escalate complex or sensitive content issues to the appropriate team members for further review and action
  • Maintain detailed records of your moderation activities and provide regular reporting to the management team
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of content moderation policies and guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and evolving platform requirements

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply content moderation policies and guidelines
  • Familiarity with a wide range of digital content types, including text, images, videos, and multimedia
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service or content moderation role, preferably within the call centre industry
  • A keen understanding of current social media trends, digital content best practices, and online safety and privacy concerns
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
