About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Service team at CPI Management Services' Bridgetowne site as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for their Travel Account. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. The role is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat channels
  2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on travel-related products and services
  4. Upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services to customers
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
  7. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the travel industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide a positive experience
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Familiarity with travel-related products and services
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  7. Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business
