The IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst will be assisting IT SOX and compliance initiatives and ensure compliance for applications, and infrastructure. This person will collaborate with IT, business and audit teams to make controls and processes effective.

The main responsibilities of a IT GOVERNANCE & RISK COMPLIANCE include:

  • Support IT General Controls and all IT Compliance related activities to ensure they are well established, documented, and followed
  • Assist in documenting and reporting control deficiencies upon discussion with owners and auditors
  • Support detailed testing of controls to ensure proper audit procedures are applied and related controls are operating to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with IT control owners to ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and periodical controls and compliance.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, IT Applications, business, Internal/External Audit to ensure IT SOX and compliance requirements are being met.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • 2-5 years' experience in governance, risk and compliance
  • Experience in audit, compliance, or security
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SOX
  • Excellent communicator

  • The following skills and experience are plus.

  • SAP system experience

  • GRC (e.g. ServiceNow) tools knowledge
  • Working knowledge of SOC2, NIST and ISO

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • IT Risk and Compliance Policy
  • GRC Tools
