DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Review with process owners process objectives
  • Examine and evaluate all elements of current systems vis-a-vis what is optimally needed for the effective and efficient attainment of objectives. Go for breakthrough improvements and applicable digitization.
  • Identify system requirements, link horizontal processes seamlessly eliminating redundancies and unnecessary manual interfaces.
  • Liaise with users for necessary features keeping in mind best user interface experience within and outside the company
  • Document interfaces between new and legacy systems
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure team and developers to produce new systems.
  • Validate changes by testing programs
  • Train users on the new operation systems and provide support
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure digitization project deadline and budget requirements are met and the project KPI's are attained.
  • Prepare periodic reports on project status, progress, risks, deadlines, resource requirement
  • Act as the conduit between across business units, ensuring that the deliverables are met. Perform gap analysis and other industry methodologies/standard tools, identifying opportunities where new and existing technologies can be used to improve business efficiency and service performance.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience as a system analyst or in software development, including systems analysis and documentation.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, programming, and business information systems; SAP/ERP experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in project management or teamwork on systems-related projects.
  • Interest in implementing user-friendly, digitally transformed processes.
