Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting management in making informed financial decisions through thorough analysis, forecasting, and budget planning. This role plays a key part in ensuring the company's financial health and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather data and ensure budget alignment.
  • Assist in developing financial models for project and business planning.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
  • Support management in decision-making through accurate financial analysis.
  • Participate in process improvements and contribute to financial planning strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or management reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
