Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or Management.
- Strong background in real estate, leasing, or facilities management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skill
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of commercial properties
- Ensure full occupancy and minimize rental income losses
- Manage tenant applications, leases, and renewals
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service contracts (e.g., landscaping, security)
- Prepare financial reports for property owners
- Provide real estate solutions and conduct presentations, viewings, and client meetings
- Maintain accurate landlord/tenant records in databases
- Market properties through advertising and property tours
- Screen and verify prospective tenants
- Liaise with tenants to address complaints and concerns
- Hands-on expertise in tenant relations, rent collection, and property maintenance
Advantage but not required: Able to drive four wheel vehicle
Job Type: Full-time

- Tarlac City (Tarlac): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
