Join Golden Donuts Inc. as an Office Services Supervisor and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. From travel bookings to event logistics, you'll be the go-to person for efficient coordination and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling and reservations for conference rooms, including setup and logistical requirements for meetings and events.
  • Handle end-to-end travel arrangements such as flight bookings, accommodations, and transportation for employees.
  • Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and special projects.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on office services activities, expenses, and travel-related costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards for administrative support.
  • Serve as the point person for office service requests and liaise with different departments to meet operational needs.
  • Recommend process improvements for more efficient office services operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or office services roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple tasks independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in travel bookings and logistics is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
