About the role

Alto Audio Design Center is seeking a talented Support Installer to join our team in Iloilo City, Iloilo. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing expert installation and technical support for our high-quality audio equipment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional service experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Install and configure a variety of audio equipment, including speakers, amplifiers, and digital signal processors
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with installed systems
  3. Provide on-site support and training to customers on the use of their audio equipment
  4. Maintain detailed records of all installation and support activities
  5. Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest audio technologies and industry trends

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as an audio or technology installer, with a strong understanding of audio system design and integration
  2. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  3. Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical users
  4. Proficiency in the use of audio testing and measurement equipment
  5. Familiarity with audio equipment from leading brands in the industry
