About the role

Join the dynamic team at Alto Audio Design Center as an Installation Technician. As a full-time role based in Iloilo, Western Visayas, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional audio system installations to our valued clients. With a focus on providing high-quality technical services, this position is integral to the success of our audio design and integration business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform professional installations of audio equipment, including speakers, amplifiers, and related components
  2. Interpret and follow technical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate installations
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the installation process
  4. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are well-maintained
  5. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients throughout the installation process
  6. Collaborate with the wider design and sales teams to ensure seamless project delivery

What we're looking for

  1. 2+ years of experience as an audio/electronics technician or in a similar technical role
  2. Strong understanding of audio system components and the installation process
  3. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
  4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  6. Good communication and customer service skills
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
