Corporate Sales Associate for Enterprise

Job Summary
The Corporate Sales Associate role focuses on lead generation, customer engagement, and supporting the sales pipeline by contacting potential clients through outbound calls. The role also involves promoting ICT products and services, qualifying prospects, and coordinating with senior sales staff to convert opportunities into actual sales in enterprise.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Telemarketing
- Make outbound calls to potential clients daily to introduce the company's ICT solutions (hardware, software, managed services, and system integration).
- Identify prospects, qualify leads, and document them in the CRM system.
- Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns, trade shows, or referrals.
Sales Support
- Assist Account Managers by setting appointments and providing them with lead information.
- Prepare and send initial quotations or proposals under supervision.
- Relay client questions or requirements to the appropriate sales or technical team.
Database Management
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all prospects, clients, and communications in the CRM.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Customer Engagement
- Handle inquiries from potential customers, providing basic product or service information.
- Build rapport with prospects to support the development of business relationships.
Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance) for order processing and client requirements.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on call activity, leads generated, and appointments set.
Qualifications
- Open for all college-level or undergraduate applicants with great experience in sales and marketing (ICT Reseller and System Integrator Industry)
- With 0–2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, or related roles.
- Knowledge or exposure to ICT products and solutions (hardware, networking, cloud, software) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
