About the RoleAs a Sales Officer, you will ensure the achievement of business deliverables through the tactical rollout of sales strategies and activities. You will address the banking requirements of those in the targeted market segment by competently matching client needs with our innovative products and services.How you'll contribute

Maintain a proactive business stance regarding industry competition, market conditions, and other external factors to address threats and maximize strengths and opportunities. Build strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and reviews of their financial condition to maximize and expand business prospects. Establish strong synergy with partner units/groups through active and collaborative efforts resulting in successful cross-sells.

Employ accurate profiling of prospects through objective assessment of their financial status and capabilities to address clients' needs and maximize their potential. Solicit new bank customers by effectively presenting the bank's products and services as solutions to clients' needs, thereby improving the customer base. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of strong sales experience in any industry; branch sales experience is preferred but not required. Experience in field work, new client acquisition, and client management. Must be mobile and willing to be assigned to any branches within the Region if needed.
