Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting and Finance Intern to join our team. The intern will support the finance department with day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, data entry, and analysis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in a professional finance environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting activities
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger entries
  • Help prepare invoices, expense reports, and financial statements
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate financial records
  • Participate in budget preparation and financial analysis
  • Support audits and help ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Assist with special projects as needed by the finance team

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
