  • Oversee and manage the Quality Assurance Department to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality systems, food safety programs, and GMP compliance across all production lines
  • Lead investigations of product issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of raw materials, production processes, equipment, and finished products to maintain quality standards
  • Provide guidance and training to QA staff and production personnel to strengthen quality awareness and food safety practices
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and prepare necessary documentation for inspections and certifications
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, systems, and infrastructure to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports to management
  • Ensure all quality objectives are met while supporting production and business goals

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the food manufacturing industry, with proven leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and FDA standards; knowledge of ISO/FSSC standards is an advantage
  • Experience in handling audits, regulatory compliance, and quality management systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a QA team
