Position: Admin Assistant / Surveyor

Available Location: Ermita, Manila

Qualifications:

  • At least College Level or Graduate (any business or related course is a plus)
  • With or without experience (training will be provided)
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications
  • Willing to conduct field surveys and assist in documentation tasks
  • Must have complete pre-employment requirements:
  • SSS
  • Pag-IBIG
  • PhilHealth
  • TIN
  • NBI Clearance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support such as data encoding, filing, and report preparation
  • Assist in survey operations, including data gathering and documentation
  • Coordinate with clients, survey team, and management for project updates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of surveys and reports
