Parameta Solutions
Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimization services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.
Role Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization. This role is responsible for optimizing sales processes, enabling data-driven decision-making, managing key sales tools and systems, supporting territory planning and quota management, and ensuring alignment between cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-oriented, and experienced in leading high-impact projects that empower sales teams to achieve and exceed their goals.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Sales Tools Management
- Administer CRM platforms i.e., Salesforce CPQ, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
- Implement CPQ best practices to streamline quoting, pricing, and approval workflows.
- Collaborate with Salesforce development teams to enhance the lead-to-cash process and automate key workflows.
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve productivity and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and user adoption of sales tools.
Sales Process Optimization
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable sales processes and workflows.
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales velocity to identify areas of improvement.
- Present regular performance reviews to leadership and recommend actions based on data-driven insights.'''
Support for Planning & Forecasting
- Collaborate with Finance and FP&A teams to support annual planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Assist in territory mapping and quota modelling as needed.
Experience / Competences
Essential
- Minimum Bachelor's degree is required.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ and CRM administration, must understand salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.
Desired
- Extensive years of experience in a sales operations
- Salesforce Admin certification is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience working in financial services or data analytics industry.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in managing or mentoring a team.
