Job description:

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Promotion Setup: Set up promotions within NetSuite, ensuring all details are correctly entered and functional for upcoming campaigns
  • System Testing: Conduct tests in NetSuite for promotions to ensure everything is properly configured and ready for launch
  • Ecommerce & Inventory Fulfilment : Coordination with production packing and scheduling driver for deliveries
  • Outlet Coordination: Liaise with outlets to confirm that all Visual Merchandising (VM) displays are up to standard and align with ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Social Media Management : Plan and coordinate with design team on the monthly social media postings in Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok
  • Running Social Media Paid Ads: Paid Ad strategies, and knowledge in SEO/SEM
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general clerical duties such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings for the Marketing and Design teams.
  • Documentation & Filing: Maintain accurate records of marketing and design documents, ensuring easy access and up-to-date information
  • Cross-functional Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions and campaigns
  • Social media planning, execution, and postings
  • Doing outreach via email to schools and companies
  • Sending out wati business whatsapp monthly
