Strategic Role Overview

Be part of our client's team as a Marketing Associate, where you'll support CRM and opportunity management, assist BDMs with proposals and sales assets, manage HubSpot and multi-channel campaigns, execute email marketing and webinars, optimize website and SEO, and collaborate with partners to drive global consulting marketing initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business (preferred)
  • 2 to 3 years of B2B marketing experience across digital platforms and campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with focus on reporting and ROI
  • Creative approach to content and campaigns
  • Bonus: Experience marketing ERP or SaaS solutions

What You'll Do

  • Support CRM and opportunity management
  • Assist BDMs with proposals and sales assets
  • Build targeted account lists
  • Support outbound and SDR campaigns (e.g., Firmable, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Manage HubSpot end-to-end with SDRs
  • Refine sequences, workflows, and templates
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns, social content, email marketing, webinars/events, and nurture programs
  • Maintain website and SEO
  • Assist with Google Ads and performance/ROI reporting
  • Collaborate with ISV partners and software vendors on co-marketing and partner resources
