Currently we are seeking a talented individual to join as a
Marketing Associate

. This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and sales conversion. You will be responsible for developing marketing initiatives and optimizing our marketing channels to achieve our growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue across online marketing channels, including but not limited to affiliate programs, KOL collaborations, creator partnerships, livestream, and social media.
  • Manage and optimize affiliate, creator, and KOL channels — including creator selection, onboarding, relationship management, content direction, and performance-driven incentives — to drive brand awareness and conversion.
  • Track key metrics and analyze performance across all online marketing channels, using data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and stay updated on digital marketing trends, identifying best practices and areas where the brand can differentiate or improve.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present insights, recommendations, and next steps to relevant internal teams.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives as needed, such as brand campaigns, events, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

Experience:

Professionals with 2-3 years experience are welcome to apply. Previous experience in consumer brands / ecommerce / digital marketing roles is preferred.

  • Passion for mom & baby, ecommerce or digital marketing industry.

Skills & Competency:

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving to spot patterns and interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Good interpersonal skills to build successful relationships with internal stakeholders and external 3rd parties (creators, partners and vendors)
  • Strong content creation skills to craft compelling & engaging content.
  • Social media savvy to understand latest marketing trends and customer behavior

Language:

Fluent in Tagalog & English

Work arrangement:

Role will be based on our Manila office.
