About the role

GRF RECRUITMENT AGENCY' is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join their thriving team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Call Center Agent, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls. What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy and efficiency
  2. Providing product or service information to customers and resolving their queries and concerns
  3. Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and practices

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak fluent English
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle customer queries effectively
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  5. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  6. A positive, friendly and customer-centric attitude
