About the role

As a Call Centre Agent at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC', you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service support over the phone for our clients. This is a full-time role based in our modern office in Lahug, Cebu City. You will be part of a dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring our customers' queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and providing immediate assistance
  2. Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
  3. Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
  4. Escalating complex issues to the relevant team members for resolution
  5. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre environment
  2. Strong communication and active listening skills
  3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
