About the role

As a Call Center Agent at A System International Corporation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across voice and non-voice channels. This is a full-time role based in our Lahug, Cebu City office, with an attractive salary offer of up to ₱25,000.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues across both voice and non-voice communication channels such as email, chat, and social media
  • Providing product information, processing orders, and handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Participating in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and customer service best practices

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions
  • Proficiency in English and the local language, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • A positive attitude, a genuine interest in customer service, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
