About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Agent to join our team at CPI Management Services' in Lahug, Cebu City. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from customers, responding to their queries and providing solutions in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and updates in our system
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products and services
  • Actively listening to customer concerns and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
  • Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
