Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hytec Power Inc. is building the next-generation unified mobile app to bring together our core services into one powerful platform—similar to a "super app." This includes our e-commerce system (eHytec), HR and employee modules (OWP), client portals (Cybertech), and upcoming business solutions.

We are looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer with expertise in Flutter or React Native to lead the development of this project and deliver seamless cross-platform experiences for iOS and Android users.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop a modular, scalable mobile app for iOS and Android using Flutter or React Native.
  • Translate existing web platforms (eHytec, OWP, Cybertech, etc.) into integrated mobile modules.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Lead and UI/UX Designer to ensure a consistent and user-friendly interface.
  • Securely integrate APIs across multiple backend systems.
  • Implement core features such as authentication, push notifications, caching, and offline access.
  • Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
  • Deploy and maintain builds on the App Store and Google Play.
  • Work with the QA Tester to debug, refine, and validate features.
  • Support future expansion of services and app modules.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in mobile development using Flutter or React Native.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, tools, and environments.
  • Proven experience deploying cross-platform apps to both Android and iOS.
  • Strong background in REST API integration and secure authentication.
  • Experience with modular app architecture (navigation stacks, tab routing, role-based access).
  • Knowledge of push notifications, offline functionality, and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.
  • Bonus: Experience building super app–style platforms or apps consolidating multiple services.
