We are seeking a talented, passionate, and versatile Graphic Designer Web Developer to join our growing Marketing team. This Onsite role requires a creative thinker with strong technical skills in both front-end development and visual design. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing responsive websites and creating compelling digital assets—especially with Shopify integrations—and is excited to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites with cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
• Translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Fully integrate websites with the Shopify platform, including theme customization, app integrations, and payment gateways.
• Create engaging visual content for web and digital platforms, including icons, layouts, and other graphic assets.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Content teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and scalability in coordination with the Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web functionality and platform integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development, Shopify, and graphic design tools.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, testing all deliverables.
• Perform other relevant tasks as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in both web development and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive websites and digital design work.
• Experience with platforms like Word Press, Elementor, and Squarespace.
• Expert-level knowledge of Shopify, including custom theme development and third-party app integrations.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices and technical implementation.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Chat GPT, Google Gemini, or similar to improve workflow and deliverables.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for consistency across various formats.
• Ability to balance creativity with adherence to brand guidelines.
• Flexible to work onsite from Monday-Saturday 9:00am until 6pm.
